Shipping
Orders are processed every morning at 9:00, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. After the order is processed, the shipment departs immediately or within 24 hours at the latest. Sibilla Vini ships throughout Italy via express courier. Once the products have been entrusted to the courier, he is fully responsible for both the integrity of the goods and compliance with the pre-established delivery times. Deliveries are delivered from Monday to Friday, during normal working hours.
For EU and non-EU countries, contact commerciale@lasibillavini.it for an evaluation of ad hoc shipping costs.
Order cancellation
Once an order has been completed and sent you will not be able to cancel it through your account.
In any case, you can write to commerciale@lasibillavini.it and we will request the return from the courier.
If the driver still shows up for delivery, we recommend rejecting the package.
Once we have confirmation of the return, we will proceed with the immediate refund via the payment method used.
Change order
After an order has been completed and sent, it is possible to modify it within the first half hour by contacting us by telephone or by email at info@lasibillavini.it.
If an order is being prepared or has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify it.
Exchanges and Returns
If for some reason one or more bottles arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer care immediately at commerciale@lasibillavini.it and explain the extent of the damage. We will try to reply to you as quickly as possible.
In the event of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle and the sending of a photo by email with a description of the damage in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
In the case of wine you don’t like or damaged goods, you must follow the procedure below to be refunded:
- send the refund request and the reason for it via email no later than 14 days after receiving the package
- no later than 14 days from the notification of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address:
