Wine from pure Piedirosso Campi Flegrei grapes obtained from the Vigna Madre, an 85-year-old vineyard. Six months of aging on the fine lees and one year of aging in the bottle. Structured and rich wine, to be paired with land dishes such as both white and red meats.

CRUna DeLago Falanghina Campi Flegrei DOC, wine made from pure Falanghina Campi Flegrei grapes obtained from a single 65-year-old vineyard. Six months of aging in steel on the fine lees and one year of aging in the bottle. Structured and complex wine that lends itself well to refined and elegant cuisine.

Wine from pure Falanghina Campi Flegrei grapes. Three months of aging in steel on the fine lees. Ready to drink wine, ideal for any meal and traditional dishes based on fish, white meats and vegetables.

Passio Falanghina Campi Flegrei IGT, passito wine from Falanghina Campi Flegrei grapes. Four months of drying for ventilation and refinement in the bottle. Wine that remains fresh to pair with dried fruit, dried desserts and mature cheeses.

The tasting includes the three wines of the Selezione line: CRUna DeLago, Domus Giulii and Vigna Madre.

Piedirosso Campi Flegrei DOC, wine made from pure Piedirosso Campi Flegrei grapes, also called ‘per’e palummo’. Six months of aging on fine lees. Ready to drink wine, ideal in combination with legume-based dishes and soups, stewed white meats and mature cheeses.

Domus Giulii Campania Bianco, wine made from pure Falanghina Campi Flegrei grapes, selected from the Domus vineyard, close to the Roman residence of Caesar Augustus. Six months of aging in steel on the fine lees and one year of aging in the bottle. Fresh and fruity wine with marked acidity, it lends itself well to delicate fish dishes, such as tartare and seafood.

The tasting includes all wines from the different lines: Falanghina, Piedirosso, Cruna DeLago, Domus Giulii, Vigna Madre, Marsialiano and Passio.
